DANUV AI INC.

Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, online forms, demonstrations, AI-powered experiences and other digital services operated by DANUV AI Inc. ("DANUV", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using DANUV websites or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use DANUV websites or services.

2. Business Services

DANUV provides AI-powered customer engagement technology designed to help businesses interact with website visitors, answer common questions, collect approved lead information, qualify inquiries and support structured human follow-up.

Features, availability and functionality may change as DANUV improves its technology and services.

3. AI-Generated Information

DANUV uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist with responses. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation.

DANUV AI assistants are not intended to replace professional legal, medical, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

Users and DANUV customers are responsible for reviewing important information and using appropriate human judgment before relying on AI-generated responses.

4. Customer Business Information

DANUV customers may provide business information used to configure their AI assistant, including services, pricing information, FAQs, service areas, business hours, qualification questions, consent language and escalation instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to DANUV is accurate, lawful and authorized for use.

5. Website Leads and Contact Requests

Individuals may submit business inquiries through DANUV forms, including the DANUV Get Started process.

Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance as a DANUV customer, availability of services, pricing, onboarding approval or any particular business result.

6. Accounts and Security

Certain DANUV systems may require an authorized account or authenticated session.

Users are responsible for protecting login credentials and must not share, transfer or misuse access to DANUV systems.

DANUV may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not use DANUV websites, services or AI systems to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Commit fraud or impersonate another person or business
  • Send unlawful, deceptive or abusive communications
  • Attempt unauthorized access to DANUV systems or customer data
  • Introduce malicious software, harmful code or automated attacks
  • Interfere with DANUV infrastructure or security controls
  • Use DANUV to collect information unlawfully
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected DANUV technology except where expressly permitted by law

8. Fees and Paid Services

Certain DANUV services require payment. Pricing displayed on the DANUV website or communicated during onboarding may be subject to applicable taxes and the terms of a separate DANUV Service Agreement.

Website pricing does not replace the terms of an executed Service Agreement. If there is a conflict, the applicable Service Agreement governs the paid customer relationship.

9. Payments and Third-Party Processors

DANUV may use third-party payment processors for setup fees, subscription payments, recurring billing, refunds and other payment-related functions.

Payment processing may be subject to the processor's own terms, policies and security requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

DANUV websites, software, branding, designs, workflows, documentation, graphics, text, systems and technology are owned by or licensed to DANUV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit DANUV intellectual property.

11. Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of business information, content and materials they provide to DANUV, subject to any rights granted under the applicable Service Agreement.

Customers grant DANUV the rights reasonably necessary to process and use that information for configuration, operation, support and delivery of DANUV services.

12. Third-Party Services

DANUV may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, AI providers, email systems, payment processors, analytics services and other technology providers.

DANUV does not control every aspect of third-party services and is not responsible for interruptions, changes or failures caused solely by third-party providers beyond DANUV's reasonable control.

13. No Guarantee of Business Results

DANUV does not guarantee that use of its services will generate any specific number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, conversions or other business results.

Results depend on many factors outside DANUV's control, including website traffic, customer demand, business follow-up, market conditions, pricing, service quality and other operational factors.

14. Availability and Changes

DANUV may modify, update, improve, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, DANUV websites and publicly available services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind except those that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DANUV AI Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or publicly available DANUV services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of data.

Any limitations applicable to paying customers may be further addressed in the applicable DANUV Service Agreement.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, damages or losses resulting from their unlawful use of DANUV services, violation of these Terms or infringement of the rights of another person or organization.

18. Privacy

DANUV's collection and use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
